The facility features isolated vocal boots, two tracking rooms (18 square meters each), a grand tracking room (90 square meters), a songwriting lounge room (80 square meters) and two control rooms - Control Room A - 34 square meters that will feature an API Console and ATC Monitors and Control Room B - 20 meters that is equipped with 5.1 surround sound and a video editing suite. 

 

Both the tracking rooms and the Grand Live Room feature dynamic acoustic installations. This convertible array of panels is made with different acoustic materials on the front and back, and is able to be swiveled and moved into different areas in order to optimize the sound in the room for whatever is being recorded.
